Rotary Air Vibrators

There are three types of pneumatic rotary vibrators: Ball, Roller, and Turbine. Each uses a different type of unbalanced weight, and each has multiple models that vary in size, mounting style, lubrication needs, noise rating, speed, amplitude and centrifugal force output based on controlled PSI and CFM supply. VIBRATEK also offers HD dual-roller rotary vibrators for external concrete vibration.

Piston Air Vibrators

VIBRATEK offers two types of pneumatic piston vibrators: 1) Air-Cushioned (Quiet) Piston Vibrators feature a piston that strikes a cushion of air, reducing noise while still transmitting force to bin, hopper, chute, or railcar walls; 2) Direct Impact Piston Vibrators generate individual blows similar to a hammer, delivering shock force directly to bin, hopper, chute, or railcar walls. Both types of vibrators produce linear vibration, applying force in a directed and concentrated manner – ideal for moving sticky or clinging materials.
