The merger of Wacker Construction Equipment AG and Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen in 2007 created the Wacker Neuson brand – and one of the largest portfolios of concrete consolidation and finishing equipment in the world. The company is based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

In the 1930s, Wacker Neuson pioneered the development of the first internal concrete vibrator. In more recent years, the company unveiled the industry's first battery-powered backpack internal vibrator, delivering cordless, emission-free operation.
